Overview

WFM Dashboard

The WFM Dashboard is the in-house reporting layer on top of WorkflowMax. It turns your timesheet feed into per-person, per-team and per-period views: billability, capacity, overtime balance, time entries, and projects — refreshed nightly from WFM into an S3 data warehouse.

Open the dashboard, sign in with your @copebit.ch Google account, and the sidebar groups the available pages by role: Personal, Team, Tools, Admin.

What you'll find here

These docs cover every page in the dashboard, the underlying math, and the admin levers behind them.

If a metric or a number surprises you, start here.

Roles at a glance

  • Employee — any authenticated @copebit.ch account. Sees Personal pages, Projects, and the AI Assistant. Sees My Overtime only when overtime tracking is enabled by a manager.
  • Manager — WorkflowMax role Administrator or PO, or a bootstrap admin email. Adds Team views and the Admin section (Capacity Influencer, Staff Admin).
  • Admin — WorkflowMax role Administrator, or a bootstrap admin email. Adds System Admin (WFM sync, backups, restore).

Data freshness

WFM data syncs once per night at ~07:00 CET. Reports for "today" reflect yesterday's last sync; current-day timesheets won't appear until tomorrow. The YTD period explicitly pro-rates to yesterday so it doesn't look artificially low.
