My Capacity

Your own row from the daily capacity report: how much capacity you have in the upcoming two-week window (next Monday through the following Friday), how much is already planned in Tempo, and what is committed but not yet scheduled.

Metrics

MetricDefinition
CapacityYour working hours in the window, from your Tempo workload scheme (holidays and FTE % included).
PlannedHours already scheduled in Tempo plans inside the window.
UnscheduledRemaining estimates on Jira stories assigned to you that have no planned dates yet.
Capacity leftCapacity − (Planned + Unscheduled).
Flag🔴 OVER (committed above capacity) · ⚠️ UNDER (lots of capacity left) · ✅ OK · ⚪ NO_SCHEDULE (Tempo has no working days configured for you — ask for a workload scheme).

Planned work

Every Tempo plan overlapping the window: Jira story (linked), start/end dates, the planned hours that fall inside the window, plus the story’s total logged hours and remaining estimate from Jira. Project-level plans show the plan description instead of a story link.

Unscheduled issues

Stories assigned to you with a remaining estimate but no planned dates — schedule them in Tempo or clear the estimate.

The report refreshes daily at 10:00. Your row is matched by your Jira account (resolved from your sign-in email) — if the page says there is no data for you, you are probably not a member of a capacity team in Tempo.
