My Jira Health

The story-hygiene findings from the daily capacity report, filtered to stories assigned to you or planned for you in Tempo. Empty checks are hidden; a clean slate shows a success note.

The checks

Estimation

  • In flight without estimate — you’re working on it (or it’s assigned), but it has no original estimate.
  • Estimate raised mid-flight — remaining exceeds the original estimate; re-estimate properly instead.
  • Story too big — original estimate of 40 h or more; consider splitting.

Dates & status

  • Due date passed — overdue and not done.
  • In Progress too long — in progress for more than 30 days.
  • Time logged on a not-started story — worklogs exist but the status is still To Do/READY.
  • Stalled In Progress — no activity for 14+ days.

Tempo ↔ Jira consistency

  • Tempo plan ended, story still open — the planner thinks you’re done; the story says otherwise.
  • Tempo plan started, story not begun — planned to start in the past, still To Do.
  • Planned but nothing left to burn — a plan reserves your time for a story with no remaining estimate.
  • Plan assignee ≠ Jira assignee — you’re planned on someone else’s story (or vice versa).
  • Planned but unassigned in Jira.

Each finding links straight to the Jira story. Fixing them keeps the capacity report (and your own numbers) honest.
