Backlog health

Unassigned open stories — the pool POs can pull new work from: total count and status mix, plus Stuck (unassigned stories sitting In Progress — re-assign, revert, or close).

Hygiene — stale estimates

TO DO/READY stories whose remaining estimate is 0 even though an original estimate exists. A high Unworked h (estimate − logged) means the estimate was zeroed without the work being done — reset it; 0 means genuinely consumed — close the story.

Story hygiene checks

Twelve checks across estimation (missing/raised/too-big estimates), dates and status (overdue, In Progress too long, logged-not-started, stalled, zombie backlog) and Tempo↔Jira plan consistency (plans that ended or started against a contradicting story status, plans on stories with nothing left to burn, assignee mismatches, planned but unassigned). Empty checks are hidden; every finding links to Jira.

Negative Hours Stories

Open stories at zero or negative remaining hours — they consumed their initial estimate; re-estimate or close them.
