Team Absences

Per-staff vacation balance and absences for a year, grouped by team.

Manager / financial-admin only. Read-only — vacation entitlement and carryover live in the WorkflowMax copebit Absences job.

Selectors

Team — All, A, B, or Unassigned.
Year — the absence year to show (auto-detected from the per-year Absences jobs).
Units — Days (default) or Hours. A day is 8 hours.

Vacation tab

One row per staff member: Entitlement, Carryover, Taken, Planned and Open (= Entitlement + Carryover − Taken − Planned). Taken counts vacation logged on or before today; Planned counts future booked vacation.

Absences tab

Per staff member, all non-vacation absences (sick leave, special leave, etc.): Taken, Planned and Total.

Notes

Team membership comes from the same configuration as Team Metrics and Team Overtime (Permissions → Teams). Unassigned is everyone not mapped to team A or B.
Attribution of an absence task to a person prefers the staff member who logged time against it, falling back to a unique first-name match in the task name — the same rule as My Absences.
